Girly on Pink

Pink is the most common color associated with femininity that's why even up to this point, many girls do love the color pink. At birth a baby is identified to be a girl using pink while a boy with color blue. And sometimes I wonder why blue is my favorite color and not pink. Hahaha! But anyway that's not the point of this blog :) I just got a bit informative since my outfit for today is pink. I rarely wear pink because it's  too girly for me.

What do I have for you? Still a summer cropped top with a bandage skirt and flat pink shoes.

The details and colors of the top looks fresh. And the fabric too is light which is perfect for a summer look. I wore a black bandage skirt do not overdo the outfit. Since the top has a lot of patterns already, I went for a plain skirt.

Bandage skirt looks very intricate and sophisticated. And because it is fitted, it gives a sexy shape of your body especially if you're the curvy type.

What I like the most about this look is its simplicity and how it could make you look girly especially for me who prefers more of a hipter-ish look.

I love the color of this flats and it looks cute with the ribbon on top :)

And of course my accessory is this cutie beaded bracelet. Well it's not really a bracelet. Originally it's a necklace but I prefer wearing it this way.

That would be all for this post! Thanks for checking this out. Hope you'd share your girly look too through your comments.

Living Barbie Doll

Wow! It feels good to be back after a year of not updating this blog. I've got a lot to share with you guys :) Yayyyy! And you might all be wondering why I redesigned my blog, looks new for everyone. It's only now that I've got time to make post since I had my summer job for two months and it only ended last week. I'm a busy bee during summer. And because I still have the whole month of June before going back to school, I wanted to spend time in the blogosphere and as a fresh start I had to make a new design and title of my blog. And as for this post (which I apparently should've posted year ago) from my post-debut shoot, this is actually as a continuation of my last post :) I want to share how I became a Barbie for a day.

My outfit here was actually my favorite and my friends' favorite among the three because of its playful colors and the girly tutu skirt. My previous blog title which is "The Girl in the Tutu Dress" was inspired by this dress. The top was studded with sequins, beads and flower embroidery while the skirt was layers of tulle and galaxy fabric in different shades of pink.

For my accessories I wore a flower bracelet and earrings which pairs the color of my dress.

I'm wearing a gold pair of pumps with diamonds too but I think silver pumps will go well with the outfit too.

And to keep up with my debut theme which is Summer Masquerade, I also got a gold and purple mask.

My hair was done using curling iron. I'm also wearing hair extensions to make it look longer.

My make up was doll inspired. Light pink on my lips and cheeks so as not to overdo the look. Also the smokey eye looks pretty good and my lashes did its job pretty well. Thanks to my make-up artist and hairstylist for doing an awesome job.

There you go. Hope this was a useful post especially for girls who are thinking about what to wear on their debut or parties. Thanks for dropping by! Post your comments too and it will be highly appreciated. God bless!

Princess in my own Fairytale

Hello everyone! Wow it feels good to be back. I've been so busy with my acads so I wasn't able to update my blog anymore. But since it's our semestral break, I want to spend time with you guys. So here's a really late post of my post debut shoot and thanks to my awesome photographer, sis Dei for a real good job.

I'm wearing here my pink gown which I used for my debut. It's a simple ball gown with embedded top and layers of tulle and galaxy fabric.

I'm a wearing a 3-inch close shoes which is the same color of my gown.

I'm really having fun doing the shoot despite of the very hot weather. The gown is flowy so it didn't matter if I tossed it like that in the air. Even if my skin felt like it was burning I still kept on posing for the camera. I just love the setting of this shoot to ruin it for a sunburned skin :)

I still remember doing this shoot while some people were watching. They must be wondering what's this for. I mean the place was a public park and I was there wearing a gown and doing poses like those. I was laughing at the back of my mind during that time.

I love the stairs, like really love it. It feels like it's gonna bring me to my very own castle or palace or whatever <3

Did I say how great I am at doing candid shots? Those shots when you don't have to look at the camera but do the other way around. I think my best shots are my candid shots most of the time.

Do you see the drama in there? I was supposed to wear the crown. It was my crown when I won as Ms. YFC-UST 2013. But sis Dei told me not to put it on anymore because it would overdo my look. So we decided to do this to still take a picture of it.

B & W pictures never go old. The photo looks vintage and classy :">

I think this would be all for this blog post. I really missed you guys and I'm hoping to post more of my post-debut shoot. Hope you enjoy reading. Please post your comment below, it would be highly appreciated :) Lovelots :*
