Vintage Red Dress

Dresses are really my thing and it's very important that we find dresses that suit our body type because not all kinds of dresses would look good on us. And in my case, I prefer wearing short flowy dresses. I don't wear much of fitted dresses because I get overly conscious whenever I wear them. And for this blog post, I have for you a vintage red dress which I think is very elegant-looking.

The dress looks simple even with its eccentric patterns and the color combination is very interesting. Red dresses too are very sophisticated.

As you could see, the dress has a high neckline making it look more classy.

I also put on a leather belt so that the dress won't look dull.

I'm also wearing here a red wedge and it looks perfect for the dress. Brown and red is of the same color with my dress.

And lastly my accessory for today is this cute beaded bracelet.

Geometrical Patterns

It's Wednesday and I feel like wearing a dress. So what I'm about to share in this blog is one of my favorite dresses my Mom gave me. Sometimes dresses are too sophisticated and it make us conscious whenever we wear them. But there are those casual dresses where you can wear without being bothered if it's too formal for a ready-to-go outfit.

I had a hard time taking photos since I've got no one to assist me and I have no tripod too and I can't find a good spot and I apologize for the background. I tried really hard to edit it for it not to look disturbing for you guys.

My mom's great in choosing this dress because it fits me well. I love how it fits my body :)

Dunno if the mouse ears are not appropriate for the outfit but I find it really cute. Well I'm just hoping there would be Maleficent horns too. I would love to wear them.

The dress is actually very flowy and the patterns are very appealing to the eye and I like it :)

A girl could never go out without a bag unless you've got a really big pocket to place all your needs. So I have here my beige sling bag.

What's interesting about this bag aside from its size and shape is it can be changed to a bigger one.

I'm wearing here my fave super comfy brown oxford shoes with black socks. It also looks good even without the socks on. I'm really a flat-shoes person. I rarely wear heels when going out and if I would be wearing one, I like it tall. 3-inch heels isn't tall for me.

And for my accessories, black Rudy Project watch and brown rosary bracelet. I'm really in love with this watch and it goes well to any kind of outfit.

High-Waist Shorts Kind of Day

Even if summer has ended I can still feel the heat and it's a must to wear comfy clothes. I'm a shorts person and I find it really cool to wear such especially in a weather like this. Light fabric for top and shorts matched with a pair of flats and yeah you're ready to go!

It's a browny-beige kind of day for me :)

What's with the short hair? Right? Aside from summer heat, well I had my haircut right after my debut last year because I think I'm in need of a new look. Short hair feels great. It's making me look younger :)

I'm really not used to wearing make-ups on a daily basis. First because I've got no make-up  of my own aside from my Maybelline press powder. And second I don't know how to put on my make-up. Huhuhuh! I know girls of my age should learn to do things like those but I'm really not into it. I can't even shape my brows :(

It is very important that we find comfy shoes whenever going out especially when it requires a long walk. You wouldn't want a sore feet when you go home right? And I'm just so happy for having a pair of flats like this which is one of my favorites because it's so comfy. It's light and soft and I could wear them all day without my feet feeling exhausted :)

And lastly you don't want to look bare and boring without accessories but not too much coz you might look overdecorated like a Christmas tree. Put on accessories that would highlight your outfit not overdo it.

Living Barbie Doll

Wow! It feels good to be back after a year of not updating this blog. I've got a lot to share with you guys :) Yayyyy! And you might all be wondering why I redesigned my blog, looks new for everyone. It's only now that I've got time to make post since I had my summer job for two months and it only ended last week. I'm a busy bee during summer. And because I still have the whole month of June before going back to school, I wanted to spend time in the blogosphere and as a fresh start I had to make a new design and title of my blog. And as for this post (which I apparently should've posted year ago) from my post-debut shoot, this is actually as a continuation of my last post :) I want to share how I became a Barbie for a day.

My outfit here was actually my favorite and my friends' favorite among the three because of its playful colors and the girly tutu skirt. My previous blog title which is "The Girl in the Tutu Dress" was inspired by this dress. The top was studded with sequins, beads and flower embroidery while the skirt was layers of tulle and galaxy fabric in different shades of pink.

For my accessories I wore a flower bracelet and earrings which pairs the color of my dress.

 I'm wearing a gold pair of pumps with diamonds too but I think silver pumps will go well with the outfit too.

And to keep up with my debut theme which is Summer Masquerade, I also got a gold and purple mask.

My hair was done using curling iron. I'm also wearing hair extensions to make it look longer.

My make up was doll inspired. Light pink on my lips and cheeks so as not to overdo the look. Also the smokey eye looks pretty good and my lashes did its job pretty well. Thanks to my make-up artist and hairstylist for doing an awesome job.
